Members with 5+ years of service - 2 court training sessions from list below this doesn't include inter-squad games. Inter-squad games will be assigned by Volleyball Commissioner.

New members - 4 years of service -All court training sessions listed below. (On August 6th, we will be conducting training at two sites. So attend the site closest to your area.
